Delete Account & Data

At Zeloris, your identity is linked to your non-custodial Web3 wallet.
You have the full right to permanently delete your account, your verified phone numbers, and all associated personal data from our servers.
1. How to Delete Your Account
The easiest and most secure way to delete your account is directly within the Zeloris mobile app:
- Open the Zeloris App.
- Go to the Settings tab.
- Scroll down to Legal & Support.
- Tap on Delete Account and confirm your choice.
Important: This action is irreversible. All your active subscriptions, verified numbers, and earned reputation will be permanently lost. Since Zeloris is non-custodial, we cannot restore your account once deleted.
2. What Data Is Deleted
When you initiate account deletion, we immediately and permanently remove:
- Wallet Connection: The link between your wallet address and our servers.
- Verified Phone Numbers: All phone numbers associated with your account.
- Subscriptions: Any active PRO status or payment records linked to your wallet.
- Push Tokens: Device identifiers used for sending you notifications.
- Profile Data & Reputation: Your nickname, avatar (if any), and your entire Trust Score (XP, Rank).
3. What Happens to Spam Reports?
To maintain the integrity of our community-driven anti-spam database while fully complying with GDPR ("Right to be Forgotten"), your spam reports are anonymized.
- The connection between your wallet and the spam reports you submitted is permanently erased.
- The reports themselves remain in the database as anonymous entries to continue protecting other users from spam.
4. Data We Never Collect
For your peace of mind, please remember that Zeloris never collects or stores:
- Your Contacts: Your address book never leaves your device.
- Call Audio or History: We do not record calls or store your call logs.
- Wallet Private Keys: Your seed phrase and private keys are stored locally on your device and are mathematically impossible for us to access.
