Terms of Service

By downloading, accessing, or using Zeloris ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Nexidy Labs OÜ, an Estonian company operating the Zeloris service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. The Service (As Is)

Zeloris provides a decentralized, community-driven layer for caller identification and spam protection.

User-Generated Content: The spam database and reputation scores are generated by the community. We act solely as a platform for aggregating these signals.
No Warranty: We do not guarantee the accuracy of spam flags. A "Safe" number may still be spam, and a "Spam" number may be legitimate (false positive). You use this data at your own risk.

2. Refund Policy (All Sales Final)

IMPORTANT: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.

By purchasing a Pro subscription, number verification, or any other digital service through our app, you expressly agree to the following:

2.1. Immediate Performance

You acknowledge that the service execution (e.g., verifying your number, updating your Pro status) begins immediately upon payment confirmation. Therefore, you expressly waive your right of withdrawal (including the 14-day cooling-off period under EU/UK consumer laws) once the service has started.

2.2. No Refunds

We do not offer refunds for:

Partial use of subscription periods.
"Changing your mind" after purchase.
Dissatisfaction with the community-generated spam database accuracy.
Accidental purchases made by you or anyone with access to your account/device.

3. Decentralized Identity (Wallets)

Although payments are processed in fiat currency via Stripe, you access the service using a non-custodial crypto wallet as your digital identity.

You are solely responsible for the security of your private keys and seed phrase.
Zeloris has no access to your wallet and cannot recover your account if you lose your keys.
Loss of keys results in permanent loss of your accumulated Reputation Score and verified status.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Organize "vote brigading" to maliciously mark innocent numbers as spam.
Use bots, scripts, or emulators to manipulate reputation scores.
Attempt to verify phone numbers you do not legally own or control.

Violation of these rules may result in your account being permanently blacklisted without refund.

5. Payments

All payments are processed securely via Stripe.

Subscriptions may auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through the link provided in your purchase confirmation email or within the app settings.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZELORIS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Missed important calls due to spam filtering.
Service interruptions or data loss.
Any unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your wallet keys secure.

For technical issues (bugs), please contact us. Note that requests for refunds on completed transactions will be automatically rejected in accordance with this policy.

8. Legal Entity

These Terms are entered into between you and Nexidy Labs OÜ, a company registered in Estonia, operating the Zeloris service.
