By downloading, accessing, or using Zeloris ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Nexidy Labs OÜ, an Estonian company operating the Zeloris service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Zeloris provides caller identification, phone number verification, spam-risk indicators, and reputation signals for phone communication.
By purchasing a Pro subscription, number verification, transfer, or any other digital service through our app, you agree that the service may begin immediately after payment confirmation.
You acknowledge that certain services, such as verifying your number, updating your Pro status, or processing a transfer, may begin immediately upon payment confirmation.
Refunds, cancellations, and billing issues are handled according to the rules and tools of the platform used for the purchase. For purchases made on iOS, refunds are handled by Apple according to Apple App Store policies. For purchases made on Android or other platforms, refunds may be handled by Google Play, Stripe, or another applicable payment provider.
Zeloris uses a non-custodial crypto wallet as your digital identity. Payments may be processed through platform-specific payment providers depending on your device, operating system, and purchase method.

When submitting a spam, safety, or trust report, you agree that the report is based on your own interaction with the number or a legitimate safety concern. You must not submit false reports, mass reports, automated reports, or reports intended to harass, manipulate, or damage the reputation of a legitimate number.
Reports may be linked to your verified account or wallet to prevent abuse, duplicate voting, and rating manipulation.
Violation of these rules may result in your account being restricted, suspended, or permanently blacklisted, subject to applicable platform policies and law.
Zeloris may allow users to submit reports about individual phone numbers, such as spam, scam, marketing, harassment, silent call, or trust/safe reports.
These reports are used only to calculate reputation and spam-risk indicators for phone numbers and to improve caller safety. Reports are not intended to identify, contact, harass, or profile the person who may use a reported number.
To prevent abuse and rating manipulation, reports may be associated with the reporting user's verified account, wallet, phone number, timestamp, and report category.
You are responsible for reports you submit. False, abusive, automated, or manipulative reports may result in restriction or suspension of your account.
Zeloris may allow you to select a phone number from your device contacts to start a call or use verification-related functionality. Contacts are used only locally on your device for this purpose. Zeloris does not upload, synchronize, or store your address book or contact list on its servers.
You must not use contact-selection or calling features to harass others, send unsolicited communications, or misuse personal information.
Zeloris may offer paid services, including Pro subscriptions, number verification, and number transfer features. Payment methods depend on the platform where the purchase is made.
On iOS devices, payments for subscriptions and other eligible digital services are processed through Apple In-App Purchases.
On Android or other supported platforms, payments may be processed through platform-specific payment providers, including Google Play Billing, Stripe, or other secure payment processors.
The subscription title, subscription length, price, and renewal details are shown in the app before purchase. Prices may vary by region and are displayed through the applicable platform payment interface before confirmation.
