Zeloris takes your privacy seriously. This policy explains how we handle your data when you use our mobile application, website, and related services.
1. Data We Do NOT Collect
- We do NOT store your contact list. Your address book stays on your device. We do not upload, synchronize, or store your full contact list on our servers.
- We do NOT build a contact database from your Contacts. Contacts, if used, are accessed only locally on your device to help you select a phone number for calling or verification-related actions.
- We do NOT listen to your calls. Call processing happens locally on your device or via standard telecom protocols. We have no access to call audio.
- We do NOT have access to your private keys. Your Web3 wallet is generated and stored locally on your device.
- We do NOT store your payment card details. Payment information is processed by the applicable platform or payment provider.
- We do NOT sell phone numbers, contact data, or report data. We do not use this data for advertising or marketing.
2. Data We Collect
We collect minimal data necessary for the service to function:
- Public Wallet Address: Used as your account identity and to associate verified numbers, subscription status, reports, and anti-abuse controls with your account.
- Verified Phone Number or Phone Number Proof: When you verify a number that you claim to own, we store the information necessary to associate that number with your wallet and provide verified caller functionality.
- Device Token (FCM/APNs): Required to send push notifications, verification notifications, and call-related alerts.
- Spam and Safety Reports: If you explicitly submit a report for an individual phone number, we may store the reported phone number, report category, timestamp, and the reporting account or wallet. Reports are submitted only after a user action and are used to calculate reputation and spam-risk indicators for that number.
- Purchase Status: We may store limited information about whether a subscription, verification, or transfer purchase is active, so that we can provide paid features. We do not store full payment card details.
- Technical Logs: We may process limited technical logs required to operate, secure, debug, and prevent abuse of the service.
3. How We Use Your Data
- To provide the core functionality: verifying that you own or control a phone number.
- To display verified, unverified, spam-risk, or safety indicators for phone numbers.
- To calculate reputation and spam-risk indicators for phone numbers based on explicit user reports and anti-abuse signals.
- To prevent abuse, duplicate voting, vote brigading, and rating manipulation by associating reports with the reporting account or wallet.
- To provide access to subscription, verification, renewal, restore, and transfer features.
- To operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Zeloris service.
- We do not use reported phone numbers to contact the reported person, build an address book, sell contact data, or serve advertising.
4. Contacts and Third-Party Phone Numbers
Zeloris does not upload or store your address book. Contacts are used only locally on your device, if you choose to use them, to help select a phone number for calling or verification-related actions.
When you submit a spam, safety, or trust report, you are submitting an individual phone number and report category by explicit action. Reports are used only to calculate reputation and spam-risk indicators, prevent abuse, and improve caller safety. Reports are not used to contact the reported person, sell contact data, build a contact database, or for advertising.
You should only submit reports based on your own interaction with the number or a legitimate safety concern.
5. Third-Party Services
We rely on the following third-party processors and platform services to deliver the service:
- Apple Push Notification service (APNs): Used to deliver incoming call alerts and verification notifications on iOS devices.
- Google Firebase (FCM): Used for delivering notifications on Android devices.
- Apple In-App Purchases: Used for subscription payments and eligible digital purchases on iOS devices.
- Google Play Billing / Stripe: Used for payments on Android or other supported platforms. We do not access or store your full credit card information.
- SMS and telecom providers: Used to deliver verification codes and support number verification flows.
6. Data Deletion (Unlink)
You maintain control over your verified identity. If you choose to Unlink your number inside the app:
- The association between your wallet and phone number is deleted from our active verification database.
- Your number will no longer appear as verified for your wallet.
- Since we do not store your personal address book, no further action is needed to delete contact list data—it was never uploaded to our servers.
