Zeloris takes your privacy seriously. This policy explains how we handle your data when you use our mobile application and services.

1. Data We Do NOT Collect

• We do NOT store your contacts. Your address book stays on your device. We never upload your contact list to our servers.
• We do NOT listen to your calls. Call processing happens locally on your device or via standard telecom protocols. We have no access to call audio.
• We do NOT have access to your private keys. Your Web3 wallet is generated and stored locally on your device.

2. Data We Collect

We collect minimal data necessary for the service to function:

• Public Wallet Address: To verify your ownership of a phone number on the blockchain.
• Phone Number Hash: We store a cryptographic proof (hash) of your phone number to link it to your wallet.
• Device Token (FCM/APNs): Required to send you push notifications (e.g., verification codes).
• Spam Reports: When you manually report a number as spam, we store the reported number and the category (e.g., "Scam") to update our global spam database.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To provide the core functionality: verifying that you own a phone number.
• To maintain a decentralized reputation system (spam scoring).
• To improve our spam filters. If you vote on a number, we do not display your full number next to your votes publicly; the data is used aggregately to determine spam levels.

4. Third-Party Services

We rely on the following third-party processors to deliver the service:

• Apple Push Notification service (APNs): Used to deliver incoming call alerts and verification notifications on iOS devices.
• Google Firebase (FCM): Used for delivering notifications on Android devices.
• Stripe: All payments for Pro subscriptions and verifications are processed securely via Stripe. We do not access or store your credit card information.

5. Data Deletion (Unlink)

You maintain full control over your verified identity. If you choose to "Unlink" your number inside the app:

• The association between your wallet and phone number is permanently deleted from our database.
• Your number will no longer appear as "Verified".
• Since we do not store your personal address book, no further action is needed to delete contact data—it was never on our servers.
